As independent consultants, highly-talented, highly-skilled, and highly-passionate individuals continue to be limited by time and energy, which translates to a limited amount of business opportunities they can engage themselves in. They can only commit to projects of a limited size, beyond which they are faced with a wall that requires them to build a team from a scratch, a team that until that point would not have worked together cohesively in the past.

In doing so, FS3 aims to be able to handle projects that would otherwise be too large, too numerous, or too tedious for any single consultant to deal with on his or her own.
